the tools menu bar does not float above some objects. example my Youtube mod (have recreated it in firefox and ie5. It also hides behind some jpeg files.

There is a known issue with the current tools menu, see #323 and others, it is due to be fixed in v1.5.

Re. your flash video mod - make sure the vid container divs are marked up correctly on the page (possibly adding position:relative will fix your issue).
