When diabling simple-cache, all the theme's attributs are lost. I reproduced the pb either with firefox and explorer

I only need to disable simple-cache, empty my browser cache, and reload the page. What i see is a page, i get the good datas but with no css attributs.

I can reproduce it on my local wamp server as well as on my online linux, and with firefow as well as explorer
