Description
Ability to have login box return to other pages other than dashboard, allowing login action to be used to produce a "logged out" view.

(In [svn:3411]) Closes #1137: Setting a hidden variable "returntoreferer" in a login form will now cause the action to use the "referrer" address on a successful login. Version bump.
