Groups Plugin - Allow Admins to Remove Users

Description
I think it would be useful if admins could remove users from groups as they wish. Currently the only way for a user to leave a group is if they remove themselves.
Elgg member "Cash" made some enhancements to the Groups plugin that I imagine would be going into the core?

If so, it'd be nice if when viewing the "Member List" page (/pg/groups/memberlist/*/) for a group, the admin could simply click the arrow on the user's profile picture and there'd be a drop-down menu item to "Remove User".
