Members of a closed group cannot see resources (files, forums) that have been added by other members with group permissions.

Description
I created a closed group and added a discussion forum and uploaded files. The access permissions assigned to the discussion forum as well a the files that were uploaded restricted access to members of the group. When other members of the closed group log in they cannot see the discussion forums that I added or the files that I uploaded as the owner of the group.
Note that installation of ticket #1023 did not resolve this problem. A test installation of version 1.6rc1 did not resolve this problem either. In fact on version 1.6rc1 this problem also occurs on open groups.
