- Create a close group 2. Invite some members 3. Elgg will create also a collections with the members 4. You can modified the group collection through the collection interface creating an incongruence between the group members and the collection members. This is a functional problem, that in some cases ( event_calendar plugin for example ) may affect the way plugins works. I don´t know if it affect others functions of elgg core. But in any case it is not clear for the user to have different members in both "objects" with the same name( collection and group) May be it is possible to disable any changes in the collections when the are product from a group cration, so any changes in the membership of the gruop must be done through the group functionalities.
