add "Add bookmark" link to bookmarks submenu to bypass bookmarklet

Description

It's not clear to me why users are required to use the bookmarklet to populate the add bookmark form, so this patch adds a submenu link directly to the form. It also changes the lang file from "Bookmark something" to "Add bookmark".
