External pages plugin have a text box for tags but does not use them

Description
The about, privacy, and terms creation pages have a text box for tags but do not display the tags anywhere. I don't really see the need for tags on those pages so I vote for removing that text box.

Happy to remove them. They were there due to the lack of full text search in previous verisons, no need for them now.

This is probably remnant of when tags were the only way to search. +1 to remove tags from pages, or if someone has a good reason for wanting to keep them, to display them on the page.
