Description
Searching for users from the admin area should be remain within the admin area.

I have *never* used it and I'm one of the admins of a very active site. Replacing it with a listing of users that have been banned or that haven't been validated would more useful to the average site admin.

Actually, is this really needed in the admin area? It provides no more functionality than a standard users search and clutters the admin menu...
