That's frustrating. We either stay forever with the current version we have, or we find a project with a more permissive license. Preferably MIT or GPL2/MIT. Either way, I'm closing this since we can't upgrade. Refs #2611

HtmLawed version 1.1.9.1 and following are released under LGPLv3, which is not compatible with Elgg's GPLv2 license, not even for inclusion as a libary. What to do?
