When the Site Administration page is saved (/admin/site/) the left-hand sidebar is cleared of all links. Subsequent refreshes of the page does not load the data back into the sidebar. A "hard refresh" does not call the sidebar data back either.

The only way to reload this data is to click on the Administration link at the top of the page.
