Group members management

Description

There should be "members management" in groups in core.
There are a few modules that add this functionality, but I think it is core functionality to be able to delete (or even ban) users. Other members functionality (i.e. reinvite users) may be left for modules, but membership management should be core.
It will add to consistency: it is not consistent for the admin to be able to delete and ban users from the site, but not for the group owner to delete and ban users from his groups. Admins should be able to do it also for every group.
An "empty group" or "select all members" action could be included, too, in order to reuse course-support groups in academic institutions (maybe too specific for core, but easy to add if members management is done via "select members-->click action" instead of via member icon's menu as it is done for site user administration)

Thanks for the suggestion. We will definitely consider this time permitting. Moving this to 1.8 release milestone.

Basically a dupe of #1867.

Yes, indeed it is a dupe. I did search before opening a new ticket, but I used the term "members" not "users", so #1867 did not appeared. I suggest rewording #1867 to use the term "members", because it is more accurate when we are talking about groups.
