Twitter widget doesn't support twitter's new native retweets

Description

The twitter plugin currently used in ELGG 1.7.3 doesn't support retweets using the new twitter native retweet functionality. Retweets don't show up in the list, but do count towards the amount of tweets to show.

So imagine showing your 3 latest tweets, if all those 3 are retweets, you end up with an empty widget.

Thought I could fix this for the 1.7.4 release, but Twitter has apparently disabled this in their feeds. The most info I can find is in a ​comment by a twitter dev's saying saying it's in our best interest that they're disabled:

@Abhi It’s in your best interest that they’re [retweets] off according to our research. Really.

I'm going to close this because there's not much we can do about it since Twitter doesn't provide that data.
