friends do not work well

Description
if you try to add a user as a friend, this user automatically apperears as a friend althoug the other user have not acepted the friendship...
but the worst is that if you are the user that recive the request of frienship you cannot reject the request in any place.
This is a important bug in my opinion because it is a hole of the rely in the web for the people that could think that others can see their data that is only for real friends...

Elgg's default friending system works more like Twitter than Facebook. There are 3rd party plugins to enable Facebook-style reciprocal friendships.

ah besides the i can se in the activity widget that we are friends in spite that i have not added him as a friend....
