Description
Group admins should be able to delete / edit thread posts and titles in group discussions.

Site admins of the community site can do that. Group owners should not. We already had a case where a group owner was editing/removing posts when that group owner did not like what someone was saying.
Maybe in the future, we can hand out more control to others outside of the site admins.
