Description
It is bad because:
- things in annotation should be annotations, nor river entries
- it is for comments, not general annotations
Steps to change:
- change the add_to_river call
- change the view location
- write an upgrade script
Maybe hold off until the upgrade issues with 1.7/1.8 have been sorted.
