 * The current form code is strongly tied to a certain structure for styling purposes.  This is very limiting.  Also, it styles plain divs, which makes it difficult to distinguish those from other divs that might be used for other purposes.
 * Labels on checkboxes receive the same styling as labels for text and other inputs, but this seems silly.  I want text input labels to be bold, but checkbox/radio input labels to be normal.  There is no standard way of accomplishing this right now.
