Riverdashboard filter fails

Description

Riverdashboard filter does not filter out the items as supposed. Can even be seen on community site.

Confirmed. Works for user and group filters but not for any of the objects. 1.7.10 must have broken this.

Fixes #3602. Removed weird code from riverdashboard that broke filtering.
