3606	Retrieve lost password not working when site is set to private network	poylaurel		"I tried retrieving for my lost password, but in the end it still asks me to login, probably because my site is set to private network.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

(Make sure the site is set to private network)

1. Click Lost password in login screen
2. Enter user name.
3. Elgg sends out an email to my address, with the reset URL
4. Click the URL in the email
5. Elgg returns an error message ""You must be logged in to view that page"", and asks me for username and password again.
