Newest Members section with Members having default Avatar

Description

Currently only if the Member edits the Profile Avatar image, he/she is listed as a member in the "Newest Member" in the Home page.

There should be a way to customize this, so that whenever a member registers in the site, he/she should be listed in the "Newest Member" page.

Thanks for the report. This is a part of the custom_index plugin which is an example of how to customize the front page. It is expected that most sites will want to highly customize the front page by creating their own front page plugin (or using a plugin from the Elgg community plugin repository).
