Most social networks seem to have an easy way to create content directly from the "stream" view. Currently one must move to a different page to create content, which is a bit of a bummer. Would be nice to have that single goto place to add content.
I've already added an implementation to the facebook theme. Wasn't too tough at all, but uses jQuery-UI tabs for the dynamic behavior, which might conflict with people's themes if they're including the CSS for those classes. I couldn't find a way to re-use the functionality of tabs without including the classes.
