Description
In the topbar for a logged-in user, when the user points the mouse over the icons(message box, friends and all other text and images) the area covered is too large.
Only when the mouse is placed exactly over the icon, the hyperlink should be activated. Now the coverage is high. Even when you hover the mouse away from the icon (lets say middle of friends icon and message icon), hyperlink is active.
