Group browsing on User's Page fails

Description

On group membership pane, you can edit number of groups to show. If I have 2 groups and set this number on 1, it first shows Previous and Next buttons. Clicking on Next then looses the page layout and all. Next time I reload the User page it does not show prev next buttons anymore but just one group. See attached screendumps.
