Description

Evan said: There should be one place to create any content type, or at least a standard place for creating content. We should implement a pluggable composer ala Facebook/G+. Not all plugins would have to use it, but only should use it if it makes sense given their content type.

Brett said: Looks like a good use of the menu system to me!
