- Common language string for things like no content, more content, user's content, group content.

The core team had a discussion about MD vs reST. IIRC we never came to a firm decision about which to use. We all liked the linking feature of reST, but it's syntax is a bit verbose and non-intuitive. Either way, the docs won't be in plain text.
