Problems in FireFox

Description
1) I get errors in FireFox when I try to use the "report this" link.
2) unable to login in IE7 (can't loging as a admin or user)
3) In friends activity the site is distorted in Firefox but not in IE7
4) In bookmark this i get an error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /mod/bookmarks/add.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This looks like a configuration problem at your end.
