i think the plugin 'categories'should support the language

by the way,
at present I customize a plugin to elgg 1.8, i like the new css and menu-system and the new look and feel, maybe it could be a lot of work to customize a plugin from a older version, but it's worth because also some technics has changed, it's a milestone . . .
the core-developer make a professional job and support with heart and mind, thank you for that

Just to clarify the ticket; i18n support is requested on the values of the categories (the content)
